I had the chance to catch up with a few petite bloggers on what they’ve been purchasing for spring this week.

My most recent purchase was a pink wrap dress from Bebe. I’m a huge fan of wrap & shirt dress styles and this dress combines the details of both. This dress embodies the features that will flatter almost any petite frame. This will be my go-to dress to feel comfortable and look pulled together.

Plus you can make it look sexy depending on how you accessorize. For example, for a date you can wear it as shown or for a more demure look, try a basic cami underneath, pull your hair into a low ponytail, simple shoes and voila–insta chic!

I simply adore is this cute little dress by Forever 21 in my new favorite neutral for spring - grey! It’s sold as a tunic top, but is the perfect length for a petite dress. The ruching on the bust adds curves where I want them, and the empire cut creates a narrow-looking waist. For a night out, I slip on the dress, accessorize with a long, beaded necklace, throw on some silver flats, and I’m ready to go!

I’m an 8P. The dress size I bought was a medium and I purchased it at Forever 21 in West Edmonton Mall. It’s wash and wear!

My most recent purchase is an accessory for my laptop. I bought three really cute laptop skins from www.gelaskins.com. It’s a site that sells artist-designed laptop and iPod skins. I purchased a Cristi Conaway top at the Beige super sale. Its absolutely gorgeous. It pairs well with everything in my closet and all of my jewelry. And the XS fits perfect in the arm, bust and hip.

I just got a pair of Seven For All Mankind Flip Flop jeans from Muskat Brown. The waist size is 24 in a petite length, and the inseam is approximately 30”. They’re excellent and I don’t have to hem them!

It seems everywhere I turn, another attractive woman is showing off her svelte figure with a waist belt, synching its design and color with a fabulous top or dress. They’re ubiquitous this season. Been sportin’ your hosiery up under your armpits, waistband like a noose around your neck? Find yourself battling Aunt Helda’s cankles by noon? For the looooongest time, I could not find a pair of decent stockings or tights that fit my petite, yet oh-so- sexy frame. I know I live in L.A., but temperature variables are a personal matter, and I know that by the time the leaves should be falling off our ever green trees, I am cold, and I want tights. Good tight tights.

StockinGirl also carries a wide selection of stockings and tights for petite-legged gals. The reps at StockinGirl confirmed that their petite sizes generally fit women 4′9″ – 5′2″ between 90 – 110 pounds. This brand will be soon sold in Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Nordstroms.

It’s glamour time. If ever an ultra-sheer sandal-foot stocking should fit perfectly, it’s under a gorgeous holiday cocktail dress. Or are you looking for a sexy French heel replete with back seams and a racy lace top?

Brrr. Winter is here. Cold weather opaque stockings and brightly hued opaque tights to the rescue.

Soft-as-silk, luxurious Merino wool and cotton cable-knit tights. (Each of these run small; a small will fit a 00P, and may be just a smidgen tight.)

Foot Petals
Not pedals, as in foot-straps for your bicycle, but petals. As in, saving dainty divas from a night of 3-inch-heel torture. These heavenly pieces fit nicely in all shoe sizes (yes, that includes you, Ms. Size 5), and they are loads more comfortable than those standard insoles. Offered in a variety of styles and designs (for us style conscious gals), these handy little shoe pads are great in all types of shoes. Because being beautiful shouldn’t be painful. And because achy feet suck.

I prefer the Tip Toes. With these, I can shift from a day at my busy office to a night out in Hollywood — without pleading for a barstool.

Yes, I’m a city girl. No, I never have money for a parking meter. And while shopping on Robertson, the meter maids are quick to remind me of this little detail, slapping a $40 up-charge while shopping.

But I digress.

I’ve invested in a variety of change purses, which have been more than helpful –especially when in a rush. I always have a quarter for the meter. The only problem? You have to remember to fill it up.

I don’t are how ‘hip’ and ‘clean’ a restaurant always is, I don’t want to rest my Chloe purse on just any old floor. Fortunately, those days are over. The purse saver?
